Let me first say every excursion we've ever done with Viator has been five stars; this snorkeling experience was the exception. To be fair, the crew were great as always. However they crammed 150 people on one boat for our snorkeling tour. You couldn't go two feet without running into a pair of fins or some other person and their noodle. It looked like a scene from the after the Titanic sunk with 150 people in a small squared off piece of the ocean to swim in. The food was good, the scenery was beautiful, but unfortunately the experience was very poor. It was just too many people for one trip.

SIMPLY NOT TRUE. Over time, the odds stack that someone will eventually either confuse us with a competitor's boat, or simply post an untrue review. Let me first say, NEITHER OF OUR TWO BOATS OPERATE WITH 150 PASSENGERS! As a matter of fact, we are the only tour operator which operates at just 60% of our US Coast Guard capacity, so our guests have plenty of room to relax and take it all in. Fortunately, there are a plethora of truthful and accurate reviews which describe the elevated level of service we provide, by operating our boats with far less passengers than the competition.

We had the best crew! Both snorkeling sites were amazing! Weather and visibility were great! All inclusive with lunch and breakfast and of course drinks! Crew was very attentive with the best Aloha spirit and made the experience very personal for us. My sister and I were staying in Oahu for the week - we hopped a plane to Maui for the day just to do this snorkel trip and it was absolutely worth it!! I would 100% do it again!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The water, the crew, the food, the drinks, the snorkeling…we couldn’t have asked for better! It was exquisite. Word to the wise…make sure you note your surroundings when you park in ‘harbor parking’. There are small signs with a QR code to pay for parking and if you don’t see these, the Coast Guard will have you towed! It has nothing to do with the boat crew or owners so we do recommend the trip, just watch parking!
