The crew on the Pride of Maui were incredible!! They made this experience even more enjoyable! They each had many jobs to perform on this cruise but they all did it with a smile and were all very friendly.

This trip was absolutely awesome and the crew, boat, food, etc was all top notch. We would 100% do this again when back on Maui. Our trip did not get to go to Turtle Town because of the weather, but the crew got us out to Molikini and beat the weather out of there to Coral Town, where we did see a giant turtle along with so many kinds of fish. We loved that this left out of the port only a short drive from where we stayed in Kihei. One tip for visitors, pay close attention to their directions as the boat is back and to the left of the coast guard station, but all you can see are smaller boats from the road. We didn't listen and walked all over the pier and back.

We booked through them on the Leilani on June 27. Our snorkeling was cut a little short by rough seas, but I want to give credit to the amazing crew for rescuing someone from the water in the way back into harbor. Katie and Nate got him out of the water. They tended to him while the captain (CJ) called the coast guard.

Aloha and thank you for sharing. I think it’s important to explain that the person rescued was NOT one of our passengers or guests. We were underway after snorkeling at the crater, and spotted a gentleman who had drifted offshore from swimming at a nearby popular beach area. This is why it’s so important to be careful swimming and snorkeling in unfamiliar areas subject to strong surge and currents. It’s always best to snorkel with a company like us that knows where and when it is safe to swim and snorkel. My guys do deserve credit for pulling the swimmer out of the ocean onto our boat, and getting him safely back to shore. We also appreciate our guests like yourself who were onboard that day for recognizing the importance of us helping the distressed swimmer out of what could have otherwise ended poorly for him. Great job CJ, Nate and Caty for your expert communication and coordination getting him onboard, and administering the medical care required while waiting for the Coast Guard and other responders to arrive. This is an example of why your training is so important. You all performed your individual responsibilities with care and precision. Well done guys!!
