Crew and service were outstanding! Breakfast and lunch were good. Snacks (cookies) and drinks, including beer, wine, and great Mai Tai's. Everything was well organized. Not the cheapest, but worth it.

Guests aboard Pride of Maui receive an unmatched level of guest service at a very relaxed pace. More space allows our guests to comfortably enjoy her sprawling open spaces, aboard a very stable vessel. With over 40 years in the business, and a crew with decades of experience, we pride ourselves in providing an exceptional day on the ocean which as you noted is very well organized, so that all you have to do is relax, enjoy, and leave all the rest to us!

I wish I could remember the names of everyone on the crew because they did such a phenomenal job! I'm not a strong swimmer at all and the ocean terrifies me, but not once did I feel unsafe while on the boat or in the water. We had a 10 year old, an 8 year old, and a 5 year old with us. The two older children did amazing in the water, but the 5 year old was too scared. Luckily, they have a boogie board with a peep hole in it that she could float on, and she had so much fun doing that and not missing out on anything! She kept telling me where to pull her so she could see the fishes, lol. My only complaint was that the food was not the best, but the experience more than made up for it!

We used to fill the boats like our competitors in the old days, though have since realized there are a number of guests who like yourself understand the difference it makes to choose wisely. Our sprawling vessel, operating at limited capacity provides our guests with much more space and comfort. It also creates a relaxed pace with very personalized service.
