Very helpful and friendly staff. Great snorkeling experience. One of the best location to snorkel! The company also has prescription lenses snorkeling gears available if you need it.

The staff were very friendly and took really good care of the passengers. That to me is the most important part of the experience. Our boat also got lucky - there were heavy winds earlier in the morning so most of the other boats left the crater. By the time we arrived, the winds died down so it was peaceful snorkeling there. We also got to see a lot of whales and sea turtles! Really great experience!
