I cannot say enough good things about this tour. We had initially booked with a different tour company that cancelled on us last minute. The team at Pride of Maui accommodated us 30min prior to departure and made the entire experience so seamless. All the way from checkin, to meal dietary restrictions, to snorkel gear, to helping us manage with our 5 year old and a toddler, they had it covered for us. My 5 year old snorkeled and saw two sea turtles and lots of fishes! My 1.5 year old used the boogie-board and was able to view the fishes. We also saw Hawaiian spinner dolphins. Definitely great memories for us as a family! This was only possible with a strong knit, efficient team at PoM! Thank you so much! I am so glad we got to tour with you!

This may sound funny from an ole gent, though as I read your review, my heart swells, because I am so proud of our team. We have perfected the dynamics and SOP aboard our vessels over the past 35 years, which makes it seamless for our fabulous crew to provide the amenities you praise, and most of all, to take the time to provide an unsurpassed level of guest service, to guests of all ages. We are one of few operators who continue to operate at about half our Coast Guard rated capacity, in order to provide the highest level of customer service.

Great trip! Got to see 5 turtles 😍. It was a little sad seeing the coral reef actively getting bleached from natural and unnatural sources. Be sure to wear reef friendly sunscreen. Do your part.
