Our vessels provide more space per passenger. Furnishings are thick coated with smooth finishes for sanitizing. Equipment is soaked in Hospital Grade sanitizer. Restroom fixtures are motion activated. Hand sanitizer stations located throughout. Daily sanitation of entire vessel.

They dont take you to the crater and dont tell you about that until your already in the ocean and its too late to cancel.

In a perfect world, we would go to Molokini every day. The reality is that we do about 90% of the time. There are those days when inclement weather causes us to choose alternate locations for your safety. On days when we know ahead of time that the crater is not accessible we do let our guests know at the dock and provide the opportunity to reschedule or even cancel. There are days when we do not know until on our way out to the crater, when the wind fills in and it is unsafe to continue offshore to the crater. Your safety however will always be our number one priority, and we have alternate locations offering excellent snorkeling.

The snorkel experience itself was cool despite the disappointment of not being able to go to the crater and having to go to the backup location due to the winds/weather. Considering when the tour was booked they asked about food allergies, it was very disappointing to see all the cross contamination along with passing out macadamia nut cookies when someone in my party had a deathly nut allergy. It was a good thing it wasn’t an airborne nut allergy, hint their is a reason why a lot of airlines and places don’t serve peanut products anymore. No where on the menu was nuts advertised and the fact that they ask about food allergies but ignore the fact someone on board as a life threading allergy to it sickens me. I will not recommend this cruise to anyone and we will not me returning.

We loved this tour--the Pride of Maui was a great way to see Molokini and Turtle Town. The food was good, and the snorkeling equipment high quality. The captain and crew made the experience memorable and were friendly and helpful in all aspects. Molokini snorkeling is a must see!
