Food was great(especially the ribs). The cruise was great. Saw an amazing sunset and tons of whales. But the crew were the best part. Amazing multi-talented bar tenders, servers, dancers, singer, and story tellers. Very welcoming and good spirited people. Captain was entertaining and welcoming. We all loved the experience and fully recommend booking on the Pride of Maui

Appetizers were sparse and huge lines, raw tarts that were disgusting. Ribs were good but chicken was dry and burnt. Veggies were overcooked and no flavor. The rolls were dried out and Sweet potatoes, I don't think they were? The dancers were okay but they were also the bartenders. Can't they have more staff???

We are so proud of our current sunset cruise and grateful for their dedication and hard work! Our food is always freshly prepared and served family-style, so many of our guests go back for more. We apologize if it wasn't to your liking, but we do not believe it was dry and without flavor. The Pride of Maui has been in business for over 25 years, and we know how much staff to guest ratio is needed for everyone to have a fun and comfortable time. Boat was very nice and cruise was smooth. Food and drinks were good and plentiful. Kimo and his wife put on a nice Hawaiian show. Very pleased.
