A full-day tour but very enjoyable. Justin was our tour guide, and he did a fabulous job. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and funny. Visited several waterfalls, scenic overlooks, a black sand beach, and several other stops along the way (for banana bread, ice cream, etc.). Amazing views and geography. Windy roads (as advertised), so bring some bonine or dramamine if you get motion sickness. Tour picked us up and dropped us off at the resort, which was really nice. They use a 10-12 person passenger van that has plenty of space. Didn't feel crowded at all. They gave us breakfast sandwiches, served us lunch, and had plenty of water along the way. Bring your suit and towel, as you can swim in the pool below a waterfall!

We took a road to Hana trip last Sunday January 23, 2022 and our driver/ guide was Jay a young man with lots of energy but not much knowledge to be a guide for the tour. First of all he already informed us that he would be honking at vehicles a lot because according to him that was normal and accepted practice in Hawaii and he did follow his words and sped the whole time and tailgated and honked at every single vehicle that came in front of him until they moved and some even showed their middle finger but they moved eventually and we drove off. Jay also educated us about Hawaiian and how they dislikes Americans for taking their land and he had several examples related to that subject that I thought was not called for especially during a guided tour to happy tourists who were there to embrace the beauty of Hawai and experience good time. It was not a cheap ticket for road to Hana but at the end of the trip we all felt rushed and annoyed. Maybe company needs to have suitable candidates for this sort of job and not anyone who can drive a large vehicle on a difficult road. We wonā€™t be recommending this company to our friends and family.
