The show was excellent, and food was pretty good and plentiful. We were late getting on the bus at the cruise Pier because there was confusion of where we were getting picked up, and also traffic made it slightly more delayed, and in turn made us what we felt a little late to get to the show, to be able to enjoy all of the activities, as in we felt rushed in the beginning.

I have been to several luaus on the HI islands, including a different one on Oahu. I've been in prettier settings and have seen better pre-show activities. The food was plentiful and quality on par with what I've had at other luaus. Nothing special but definitely not bad. What set this luau apart was the show. So different and amazingly well done. The emcee, musicians, and singers were super talented. And the dancers were just amazing. Every dance was so entertaining and the fire dancer finale was just the best. If you're looking for ambiance, this is not the best show for you, but if you want a really entertaining show, this is it!

The activities before dinner were great, the dancers were great! The dinner tables have no cover, so if it rains, your food will get wet. If you don't like coconut, there were no other dessert options. The other big concern I have, was that it was very difficult to see the dancers on the stage. Although the stage is elevated, the tables where you sit to watch are all set up in rows, and it was very difficult to view between all the heads. We were in the middle row of tables, and I estimate that I only saw 1/3 to 1/2 the dancers. The fire dancers were amazing!
