we were only off by 2 minutes the tour said 4:30 we pull up and there pulling off. Couldn’t even refund the ticket.

Only 3 mins late and they wouldn't put us on the boat nor let us move to another time but more than happy to just keep saying none refundable. Other locations have a little grace period but wow. Thanks for nothing.
