Take a relaxing horse trail ride through one of the most beautiful and largest urban parks in the USA. At a size of 4,500 acres this area covers more than five times the area of Central Park in New York City. While riding the horse trails with your trail guide, you'll have the opportunity to see deer, ducks, cranes and other wildlife. The horses are well-trained and can handle riders with all levels of experience.

Choose from morning or afternoon departures. All riders must weigh less than 240 lbs

Took a ride for our anniversary with these guys. First time for my SO and I to be on a horse and couldnt have been an easier/smoother experience. Instructions were clear, paperwork was quick, the safety and protection was well explained. Ride itself was nice scenery and interesting, hills, a plain and forest trails. Its shelby farms Bolt and Hotshot were both very well behaved and easy going mounts. Alex was a great guide for the ride as well a great conversationalist.

I took my daughters on the 1-hour trail ride and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Previously my kids had only done rides in a barn or being guided by hand, this was the first time they had the reigns (literally). We all LOVED it!!! The horses were very chill and the ride was peaceful. We walked right through a group of 5 deer and then by another two bedded down that didn’t mind us at all. The guides were great at talking about the previous lives of the horses and kept my girls entertained the whole ride. Great experience and great guides!!

I really enjoyed my tour. My guide was Elizabeth who explained every thing so kindly and with patience during the way. My horse was Hot Shot which was so smooth and comfortable to ride it. Definitely I will plan to try it again. May be this time the sunset tour! Thanks for creating a great memory for me!
