The Alaska Adventures operator of this tour had 4 young employees at the pick-up location who were not even trying to find us when we arrived in a crowded area under the Juneau tramway. After I called their office and was advised to look for red jackets the employees were still not visible in the crowds. Then the operator on the phone suggested I look under a small clump of trees at the end of the sidewalk and I found the employees in the red jackets. They said that others for the tour had arrived early so they sent the shuttle on without us even though we arrived at the time on the ticket.

Great views and a great time, Tyler was a great guide! We are so glad we did this! We got to see bald eagles and a sea otter. I am glad we got away from the touristy downtown area!

My man Riley was an epic guide with fun and insightful knowledge of the area and wildlife. He was super funny and we all loved his personality. His darling wife Lauren was also a guide and it was fun to see how much they enjoyed showing off all the beauty Alaska has to offer. Tyler and Hanna greeted us with friendly smiles in the tent and helped us get all the gear we needed for our tour.
