Meow Wolf's Convergence Station

At Meow Wolf Denver, travelers are transported through time and space, unearthing the quantum mysteries of Convergence Station by exploring The Convergence. When four alien worlds come together in one cosmic event, what results is four floors of possibility featuring intuitive art woven into an immersive landscape. Earthers are transported through space and time, tasked with unlocking the quantum mysteries of Convergence Station and the customs of its four "alien" worlds. The exhibit features an executive travel lounge, Sips (with a Z) and state of the art concert and events venue, The Perplexiplex, designed to inspire play, encourage collaboration and remind you to remember.

Our food tour guide recommended we check out Meow Wolf and we are so glad we did. We got lost for hours exploring the spaces and picking up pieces of the lore. Once we realized there are 19 hours of content, we knew we’d have to visit a few more times for the whole story. Surprisingly, there aren’t many walkthroughs/videos dedicated to the story so the secrets are safe. The few times we got stuck in analysis paralysis, a staff member/actor helped us to find something interesting like playing sounds in an ascending order to unlock a video or where a clue for a particular storyline might be found. We almost didn’t go because no one could easily explain what meow wolf was but it’s the opposite of an escape room, you’ll want to immerse yourself so deeply that you forget what planet and timeline you are from. Also, we appreciate that the timed tickets allowed for plenty of personal space. There were times when we felt truly alone and unreachable and times when I couldn’t tell if the other people were guests or actors. We never felt too crowded and there were no distracting kids/teens. We plan to visit all Meow Wolf installations.

We are SO glad you gave us a chance! Meow Wolf is hard to explain...but we like to say we are an art exhibit mixed with a playground, since there is art on the floors, on the ceiling, on the walls - and it's ALL TOUCHABLE! Some of it you can even interact with! We hope to catch you in the multiverse again soon...
