What an amazing way to memorialize a special moment. My daughter was turning 6. It was also time we got some family portraits. It’s a great way to celebrate intimately during COVID-19, but I think I would have done it anyway. Julie is a trooper. It’s no simple task to take mermaid pictures next to the ocean and could be dangerous for people that don’t know what they are doing. Julie understands tides. She drove to the beach we wanted the day before and was honest about the dangers and was able to give us another beautiful option. She researched the weather and lighting. She’s punctual and ready to orchestrate this awesome experience. She’s our real Mermaid of Santa Cruz.

What a fun thing to do with my daughter! I was looking for something to do during our short stay in Santa Cruz and this ended up being perfect! Julie made sure everything went perfectly. She was engaging with my toddler and super accommodating to all of our requests. She took some awesome photos that we'll be able to look back on forever! The entire process from booking to getting our photos back was super smooth. Julie kept in constant communication with us the entire time. Highly recommend this experience!

Was going through the pics when I came across the mermaid pics..my niece and some of her friends tried out the mermaid photoshoot and they absolutely loved it. The dressing up, choosing your accessories, going to the beach the different poses, I am glad my niece and her friends had a nice time.
