DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could leave a ZERO, I would. The photographer tried moving our shoot timing up a couple days ago (via text), and I couldnt make the new timing…then, he decides to move the shoot to a completely different day that I did NOT agree to (again informing only via text) and we couldn't possibly make because we’d be leaving that day! Then, when I replied to him to cancel and refund and I also cancelled myself via the viator website (because I kept getting notices from viator on my phone about my upcoming appointment even after I requested a cancel via a reply text), he accuses me of trying to get a bigger refund (????) and says his brother is an attorney and he wants to sue me???!!! WTH?? Do NOT use this company!!!
