Valid passports or US passport cards are mandatory for travel to the Bahamas as the islands are independent and NOT part of the United Stated. Passport details such as full name, date of birth, citizenship and passport expiration date must be provided for all passengers at the time of booking in order to authorize entry into the independent nation of the Bahamas. Longer than expected wait times at Bahamas & US Immigration entry points are possible due to staff shortages at border patrol.
No refund or charge back will be authorized for failure to provide full names and passport details for all guests at the time of booking

Fun experience if you are looking for fantastic beaches or water sports activities. We had a blast partying at the beach club with DJ Marie, the drinks were at fair prices and the crowd was fun.

Never received details via email. I had to call at and ask about the pick up and drop off location. Rep informed us to head to Everglades Port to be there by 6:30am, it was 4:45 am when I had this conversation with the rep. He neglected to inform me that the port opened at 6am and that the shuttle was scheduled to depart at 9:30! No one was at the terminal when we arrived. No one at the terminal knew about our $420 package that was bought through TripAdvisor. Save yourself money and time and book directly with Baleària Carribian and save yourself at least $200. Lastly we had to hunt the guy down for the Jetski’s... not worth the $150 we paid to ski in a small , shallow area.
