Directions are useless and it’s not a cruise as advertised it’s a water taxi…we didn’t make trip as could not find the meeting point despite asking everyone in and near the ticket description. We ended up waiting for the taxi at the designated spot but it did not show up at our 4pm booking. Despite the harbour master saying the taxi did not turn up and us telling Viator that we could not find the taxi booking office, and being there within the allotted time they have refused a refund so will not be using their service again. If you do book this taxi not cruise h then make sure you get detailed instructions on how to find the meeting point, the Viator ticket is next to useless for this purpose
