A trip was very nice. It looked crowded at first, because there were no space on the 2nd floor. But when tour started, we could go out and take a look from very good point. I highly recommend this tour. It was very informative, our guide tour was extremely informative. Would definitely go again.

Terrible company (bayside marketplace boat tours) Bought tickets through TripAdvisor (Viator) for a specific time and day. Upon presenting the information and voucher to the kiosk at Bayside marketplace,we were told that this voyage is fully booked ( even though they also showed us and confirmed our booking). Seems that they overbook their trips with walkins “Just in case”. They offered to book us for “next day” Needless to say, disputing the charge Terrible company Very unfriendly customer service
