Actually we didn’t get to ride the boat. Customer service was terrible. As I get to the window the lady slams the “sold out” on the counter literally right in my face, and even tho we ordered online, she couldn’t accommodate us until 6 PM and being from out of town that didn’t work for me and my family. I asked could I get my money and she said didn’t know because it was third party. I will NEVER do this again !!!!!

We enjoyed seeing Downtown Miami along with all the Beautiful Homes on the water. We definitely would recommend & look forward to enjoying this again on another trip!
