Nice sunny day for being out on the water. Very crowded on upper deck. Fortunately we were at the front of the boat-best views. This tour was basically the celebrity tour just named biscayne bay tour

The tour guide was hard to hear and understand. It was disorganized and stressful. I would not book with this company again.

Sound system was hard to understand below. 17.00 was expensive for non-alcoholic drinks. Computor down had to pay cash. Actual trip was 73 minutes which was not 90 minutes. Would be nice if TV would should items being spoken. Truely a waste of my money time getting their and taking the trip. Tourist trap.
