Pickup from the port to our hotel was a nightmare, driver went to wrong ship, 1hr and numerous txts & calls later we got picked up. The sightseeing tour the next day was great, very well organised,(5 stars). Driver turned up a day early for our transfer to the airport, just happened to see him in reception as we were leaving the hotel. Spoke to him, so he arranged to come back the next day. All this information they had when we booked.??

My rating is four stars only because of the communication experience in the beginning. It was communicated that my sister and I would be picked up from the airport when we arrived and that was not the case. We had to end up taking a Lyft to our hotel. When I called later on to figure out what had happened, the person I spoke with was very rude and nasty. The person I spoke to the next day had a much better attitude, but they wanted us to meet them at a different location despite the fact it indicated in the tour description we would be picked up from the hotel and this itinerary had been discussed days prior to our arrival in Miami. They did end up picking us up for the tour and taking us to the airport when we left on Sunday, so I only removed the one star. Overall, after things were worked out, they were very friendly, and the tour guide did a great job of explaining the various places and giving us time to take pictures. I would give them another chance if I ever visited Miami again because they did correct the issue in the beginning.

Everything worked perfect. The driver was punctual to pick up us up at the airport and the hotel. Both, the City Tour and Boat Tour were the perfect option to discover the city in one day. Our favorite part was the lunch at Little Havana and the Cuban Cafecito.
