The FL everglades and the boat ride were the most memorable. It was absolutely gorgeous! Would totally do it again!

The tours were great. Bus drivers are kind and very professional. The ticket office has no bathroom facilities and the surrounding businesses (in town) won’t let you use theirs. First stop an hour later for mojito‘s has facilities. There is no parking at ticket location, need to drive around blocks to find anything available . If you don’t know about Miami morning traffic, bumper to bumper on 95 ( one hour to do last 13 miles, we thought we had planned ahead. Each section of the tour is great.

This was our first trip to Miami and we only had a day to explore so chose this excursion as it had a little of everything to see. I gave it 2 stars due to the guides gave us very little information on the tours. The Everglades was about 20 minutes of looking for alligators which they already knew were not there. The bus trip out was longer than the stay. The biggest negative was the vaping by a passenger and the guide and driver on the boat tour. I thought this was non- smoking! The guide was also more interested in his music than giving information. I think the company should be aware of the vaping use during tours. I wouldn’t do this tour again.
