The Double Deck City Tour was a total waste of our time and I would highly recommend skipping this part. It was more of a shopping tour, stopping at selected shops for coffee, cigars, mojitos etc. very little time spent on South Beach and the downtown touring was just what was on the way to the shopping. The second phase , the Biscayne Bay tour was great. The Everglades Tour was awesome, don’t miss this one. Also, every tour would ask to be tipped as that was their primary source of income. Same on you, if you give great service, you will be tipped, if you beg you won’t

I am giving this tour 2 stars mostly because it was particularly rescued by Biscayne Bay cruise and Everglades airboat ride. If I could give City tour zero, I would. City tour can hardly be called a tour. It was mostly a drive on double deck bus to Little Havana with random very brief comments. In the Little Havana we were taken to 4 stores/bar. If I wanted a shopping tour, I would choose one. Then we were brought to the bay port and basically forced to have a lunch at overpriced restaurant that “tour guide” recommended. I have a feeling he gets a commissions from all the places he brought the tourist to. Bay cruise was Ok. If you are interested to see celebrities’ properties you might enjoy it even more. As for me, I just enjoyed the boat ride and occasional sights. Everglades airboat experience was good but if I known it would be mostly bus ride to and from Everglades I would probably opted out on that (need to do my homework better next time). We were unlucky, it was a rainy day, so during 30 min airboat ride we spotted 3 birds and then got totally wet under the rain. While we were trying to dry ourselves after the ride we missed the alligator show (so I cannot tell if it was a show or mostly a info talk?). The bottom line - if you want to learn about the history of the city and see some interesting spots - stay out of this combo.

The trip was OK. The tour bus and the celebrity boat ride was decent. However, the airboat ride was a waste of time. It took 45 minutes to get there with the worst aggressive driver just to do the tour for 20 minutes and did not see any alligators. The buses also look like they have not been wiped down in years, unsanitized. I would not recommend booking the combo.
