If you’re looking for a more in depth tour of miami this tour is not for you. The bus portion didn’t go to any stops in the city that represented culture or history and was very short. The boat portion only showcases celebrity homes that are along the water. My partner and i didn’t end up going on the Everglades portion because the driver never showed up. Other people were waiting as well after the boat tour and some people even left. We asked everyone at the pick up location where the bus is and we were constantly told “that’s not your bus” or “this isn’t the bus for your company”. Pick up for the Everglades was supposed to be by 2:30PM but the boat tour ended at 2PM giving us 30 mins to get to the bus for the Everglades tour. So either the bus didn’t bother to wait or never showed up. Either way we went back to 305 Lincoln road and spoke to the front desk about the driver never showing up and they continuously blamed us for missing our tour to the Everglades and kept saying there’s nothing we can do. Honestly book elsewhere because if your driver doesn’t show up you won’t even get a refund and the company will blame you.

Well we had city sightseeing, biscayne bay cruise with a long delay but no Everglades Airboat Ride & no one was responsible, there was no kiosk to be responsible, I’m really disappointed& I won’t recommend this Viator to anyone. The Tour supposed to be finished @6pm ! By 3pm they released us !!!!!!
