The city tour is short but provides nice time in Little Havana to quickly see several things. The harbor ride was pretty but you could not understand anything that was being said due to the poor sound system in the boat. The Everglades ride was fun but 30 mins is short, especially if you get a boat driver more interested in looking for alligators that flying through the Everglades, which come on is the whole point! Enjoyed day but a few improvements would make it even better . Handoff between yours needs improvement.

It’s cheaper if you have your own rental car. What I did not like is that they make the tip part of drivers salary and they have a sign that says minimum tips per person for the driver that will go above $100 for all people/activities. No, I am not responsible for somebody else’s salary you need to pay them well don’t make me liable for that.

This is a scam stop selling tickets from this company.. For the everglades tour They took us on a broke bus with no working a/c. We had to stop on the middle of the road multiple times and Waited over 45min for driver to fix bus and we were suffocating inside. People wanted to call a uber on the middle of no where. The bus had elderly people and children who couldn't take the heat.They didn't want to send a new bus. They didn't communicate anything with us and they didn't even apologize. They shouldn't even be allow to operate. They didn't want to give us a refund and ignore us and gave us a phone number. The worst experience of my life with a tour company. We didn't Even see any alligators. The experience was horrible. We were supposed to arrive at 5pm and we arrive by 7:10pm by miracle. The bus broke down multiple times. The driver said the owners do not want to fix it and they tell him to call the mechanic everytime
