Many people say this Tour is disorganized or chaotic. I can't say this, found it to be a very convenient way to see the City and its surroundings. You drive through Downtown and Coconut Grove and get nice views (low growing trees stroke the open roof, found this very funny actually!), get off 30 mins at Little Havana (time to snap photos, get a drink or shop), have around 1.5 hrs at Bayside (time to eat) before getting on the boat cruise (you see houses of Shakira, Ricly Martin, JLo, the Beckhams, Rihanna etc. Really cool!) and after that you have around 20 minutes to get to the bus to the Everglades which will wait for you after the Airboat (30-40 minutes, we saw a gator!) and the adjacent Alligator 'show and tell', we got to see 2 big ones and got to pet a little one. All transitions were smooth and Pick up points as well as times for the next stops were made clear by the bus drivers as well as in the Office where you start your day!

Although the places we went were wonderful, the organization of the travel needs much improvement. Not having enough seats for people to return from their full day was just unacceptable.

We spent the whole day exploring Downtown Miami on a bus and a boat. Then we took an hour long ride to the Everglades. The air boat ride was fantastic. It was too hot and we only saw a couple of gators. The bus driver on the way back was very nice and dropped us off at the hotel in spite of the bus breaking down constantly. A1 for effort. One minor issue is everyone kept asking for tips and nobody was tipping. It would be better to include tips in the price and/or pay these people better.
