Hey, the gentleman who drove us to the Everglades was funny and friendly. However, the bus was old and dirty, and some of the windows were broken. And the bus was hot! The Everglades boat tour was short but interesting. The double-decker bus tour wasn’t our favorite. The tour guide dropped us off at the shopping center to catch the next boat and we were dropped off at a restaurant and told we had 20 minutes after we ordered our food. We felt rushed and not given the opportunity to just grab something quick somewhere else. We felt like he sent us to a place where it benefited him. The tour was from 9 AM until 6:30 PM. We did not have an opportunity to eat until 3:50 PM and we had to board the next boat by 420. We were all starving and a little cranky at this point. There should’ve been an opportunity to eat prior to this. We were all pretty irritated and didn’t even take the bus back. We all paid extra to get an Uber ride. My last frustration with his tour was we were told by everybody we came in contact with that tips were extra and they relied on them. I’m not sure what the $70 fee went towards but it did not go towards the people who were actually giving the tours. That all cost extra and it wasn’t optional the way they worded it. We were all required to give money upon our departure.

The airboat trip to everglades was wonderful. Highly recommended. The boat trip was fun and enough time to relax and appreciate the views. Introduction was also fun. The bus trip was so-so. Too touristic, especially taking the groups to some shops.
