Fun time! Even though we didn’t see any gators while during the Everglades tour it was still fun to be on the airboat. Tour guide stated July is not a good time to see gators due to mating season. Yanasia was our guide on the bus and she was really energetic and good.

This was the worst tour that lacked content and promptness. The city tour was simply stops at shops to have you shop or wait in sidewalk in hot sun. Tour guide was in phone or constantly asking for tips. When dropping off at Bay side Market, it was fend for yourself. Horrible treatment. Boat tour repeated asking for tips and only shared celebrity homes as content for "Miami." Everglades tour was late and rushed as bus was 45 minutes late. Viator should NOT contract with these companies.

The meeting place for tour on Lincoln Rd was crowded with no restrooms provided. None of the local businesses allowed anyone to use. It was dirty and very 3rd world country with sound systems that sounded like static. The Miami city portion of tour was a sales pitch taking tourist through low quality garment shops. Another tactic used on combo tour was being taken to a restaurant for lunch and being told the only way to get tickets for next portion of tour and make it on time was to eat at that restaurant. That would have been fine, except the food was overpriced and low quality. Perhaps if the producers of this tour spent some effort on quality, the tour guides would not need to beg for tips. The boat ride and Everglades portion were better, but I would not recommend this tour to anyone.
