Having only one day to sight see in Miami, this tour was perfect, so much crammed into one day. The interactive tour guides on each section were funny and informative and very helpful. A lot of the negative reviews on here seem to be people that are unable to ‘adult’ and can’t find their way to a location for a set time on their own accord. Although previous reviews about the late running were helpful if only to manage expectations. It’s a busy city and there’s always going to unexpected delays. Unfortunately due to a lightening storm the Everglades air boat was cancelled (it’s no safe to be on a metal boat on water as cloud to ground lightening is striking a few miles away) but Viator were great on refunding a portion of the fee paid. All in all, good value for money

Harry did an excellent job. He was enthusiastic, prompt and funny. The last driver to the Everglades was just ok. Talked loud and fast and the bus was hot!!
