Horrible Service. Do Not Book with this Company. Miami Tour Representative was rude and unprofessional. Tour was cancelled due to storm and I was given a complete run around, excuses and still no refund.

The morning city sightseeing trip was a disappointment. The tour was short and barely took us anywhere significant. The commentary too was not professional as this was punctuated by informal sentences. I thought it was very unfair for the tour to take us for so long to Little Havana where we spent probably 50% of the tour time. This was a place where we could have driven by but the guide took us to four places that were all commercially oriented. He took us to a cigar stop, memorabilia shop, clothes shop and a place where drinks were very expensive. When we entered another shop nearby, he was not happy and said we should follow him because he had the right advice. I did not follow his instructions because after many years of travel I knew he was getting a cut from the business the shops generated from his entourage. The guide then took us to the Bayside for lunch and again we were recommended to sit in one restaurant for the boat captain to easily find us. Having seen his demeanour we and a few others intentionally avoided the restaurant and ironically we met the captain before those who opted for the restaurant. The Biscayne Bay Cruise was fine but it was sad to see the host take pride for his moral shortcomings . He said he was a alcoholic and some other things which I do hope did not misguide children on the boat to think that ‘bad’ is ‘good’. The demand for tips was repeated a number of times. The cruise was comfortable. In the afternoon the Everglades tour duration was cut short because of light rain. We did spend some time in the marshes but only saw one alligator from close view. The Everglades experience in Orlando was much better. Viator needs to engage professional staff to conduct their tours. The interest of travellers should also be given utmost priority. Shopping time should not be part of tours. Munir D.
