Good value for money. Full day activities which gives a good feel and overview of Miami. It was organized and the tour guides were friendly.

Vacation ruined by terrible management and customer service. Very rude staff, trip was cancelled and we were forced to wait for hours in the bus in the middle of nowhere so they can pick up some other random people, as they had no-one else to pick them up.

The best part was the morning trip to Everglades, amazing experience, super friendly bus driver Henry. The other parts, well, not so good. Sightseeing tour was very short, the bus took us only to Little Havana where host ushered us to 4 (four!) places where we were pushed to buy some stuff, like cigar shop, memorabilia shop, clothes shop and Mohito drinks bar ($12 per watered glass), where the owners pay him share for bringing guests… Then he took us to the Bayside, apparently for lunch, but we were told to sit in one particular restaurant so the boat captain will find us. No choice whatsoever, again witnessed the cash changing hands for bringing the crowd. And now we coming to the last part of our experience, the boat ride to the Millionaire’s Mansions. Before the boat left the shore, the heavy rain downpour started, followed by the thunderstorm shortly after the boat moved. The quests were shouting to go back to the shore, but it all falls on deaf ears. All we remember from the trip was cold, heavy rain, thunders all around, we returned completely soaked, now our daughter caught cold and stays in the room, her holidays ruined. Funny enough, they asked for tips at the end of this wonderful voyage… I’m more than happy to share videos form this boat ride, as we tried documenting what was going on.
