This tour gives you a snapshot of the different areas. The city tour was excellent and the guide was very knowledgeable. The Everglades Airboat tour I wasn’t too impressed! We sighted an alligator and some bird life but Ii wasn’t what I expected unfortunately. The guide on the airboat was good. I think you really need to visit the Everglades in the National Park where there will be an abundance of birds etc. When you arrive at the Everglades tour they take you to a show where they have 2 alligators and there are some cages with snakes. We tasted anll meat which was ok ! Overall if you don’t have much time on your hands this is a good way to see it all in one day. Be prepared it’s a long day.

Weird tour where you felt your guides were taking you for stupid. Looking for alligators on a boat going super fast and so noisy. Going to just visit little habana to go to gift stores.

The trip leaders got off schedule and would not tell us what was happening... we missed out on some of what was promised.There were some bright spots but a lot of frustration...leaders kept demanding big tips. Did not get any free time ! the leader, especially in little Havana, gave us no choice but herded us into venues where he had arrangements with the owners to get kickbacks.... We would rather have seen other things of our choice not just a cigar shop and a bar. Kind of a disappointed day overall, although there was some beautiful and fun attractions and some fun. One of the bars we went to in little Havana was Dishonest and tried to take $20 from me....And everything was way too noisy...every trip too noisy...airboats caused permanent hearing loss, music on ship so loud we could not hear the guide
