The journey to the Everglades Holiday Park takes between 45-60 minutes. Total tour duration is approximately 4 hours.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing and upsetting experience. The bus driver left without notifying us and abandoned us in the middle of Everglades Park. As foreign travelers, we were left completely stranded in a remote area with no transportation options—no Uber, no taxis, and no help nearby. It was extremely stressful and frightening. When we tried to get assistance from the staff at the contact table, the person we spoke with was cold, unhelpful, and dismissive. While we can’t say for certain, her attitude felt unnecessarily harsh and made us feel very uncomfortable—it left us wondering if she may have been biased against us as foreign tourists. This experience was unacceptable. We expected a professional and safe tour, and instead we were left feeling abandoned and disrespected. I would not recommend this tour to others, especially international travelers.

Great staff and easy to find. We got on earlier bus. The pilot was fun. The alligator show was good. Bus ride was 50 min. Would do again
