What To Expect

Jetski tour through out all of biscayne bay! Where the sun shines the best from sun up to sun down we are on the water!! Dolphin encounters usually happen in the mornings so don’t forget to book your appointment bright and early! The city awaits you! Let’s ride some waves! This voucher is for 1 Jetski but you can bring 1 passenger and enjoy the adventure together.

Our booking was at 1 we didn’t start til 2. They have no respect for peoples time and I was on a time limit.

Elisa we do apologize for the inconvenience that day, Jetskis are machines and same as cars they break down without notice and you saw this was the case. We strive to give the best service possible and I believe you and your cousin had the best time after that, I even brought a special life jacket for your little son so you can take him with you. The crew was so friendly, patient, helpful, and made our first time experience so positive fun and memorable! Was so scared at first and they walked us thought it all… also loved the fact they took pics and videos for us so we could have them!

First the jet-ski broke down a couple of times, and their were in a very poor condition. Second, when we were heading back in the boat already there was a fight between another party and the workers and they expose me and my friends to that (we were not involved in any of it) and even delayed our departure to solve their "fight". Very nonprofessional and unprepared. The jet-ski ride besides having to stop to fix the equipment a couple of times was fun, meaning go to this attraction but not with this company.
