Your proof of purchase is a "Free Sale" and can be used on any of our scheduled cruises. We suggest being at the ticket booth to redeem your voucher for a boarding pass at least one hour before the desired cruise time you want. We start boarding 15 minutes before each cruise. All our trips are first come, first serve based on cruise space available. Ticket booths are located at 401 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33132

Enjoyed the tour but left a sour taste that we were conned in to thinking we had won a holiday. It was a scam and lost 40 dollars which we had paid in deposit. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Don’t know howThey can do this to anyone day in day out

My cruise was dreadful ruined by these people who are on this boat offering a free prize draw my name was drawn out I have won think this to good to true. You get taken down stairs they tell you won a free holiday choice of a cruise a holiday in cancun a holiday in USA here’s the catch you have to visit a resort centre for a 90 minute presentation they also want a $40 dollar apparently refundable not back on your card but on a visa card at the time I felt under pressure as my wife couldn’t believe our look when I got of the boat i thought what have I done so I looked online and many other people had the same experience my advise is avoid this company and use another company I have now got to go threw contacting my credit card and getting my money back from these scammers
