Your proof of purchase is a "Free Sale" and can be used on any of our scheduled cruises. We suggest being at the ticket booth to redeem your voucher for a boarding pass at least one hour before the desired cruise time you want. We start boarding 15 minutes before each cruise. All our trips are first come, first serve based on cruise space available. Ticket booths are located at 401 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33132

I went into this tour for my son's first birthday along with my family. I paid for the photo album, which included the digital photos from mystoricard. When we landed, I reminded the sales person for the digital photos, but received a QR code card instead. When I tried to check the digital photos, it mentioned that it will take 24 - 72 hours, which it understandable. When we arrived home, the QR code card received were showing the digital pictures blocked. I called Island Queen and spoke with a representative, who wrote an email to mystoricard. No response, I called Island Queen again and they don't have a phone number for mystoricard. The email provided is a general email that feels like no one reads because no one has responded until this day. My trip occurred on May 4th and I am yet to receive a response for the digital photos I already paid. The QR code wants me to pay again! I was working on a collage from our trip and it's unbelievable that I am yet to receive a response to this day.

Wow!! I had so much fun. Me and my family had so much fun. We did not want to go home. It was Mother's Day and the weather was great. Most of all the tour guides, the complete staff was OUTSTANDING! They was dressed for the part too, especially Capt. Albert. He is an all around Capt. He is best navigator, entertainer, very professional and knowledgeable about everything on the waterways of the Miami shores. Me and my family knew and felt so secure being in the hands of Capt Albert and his crew. The cocktails was something to die for, they was made just right and the snacks was on point as well. It was so refreshing and truly so much fun. We were really glad that we went. We actually, got a chance to wave at a very well known celebrity, siting by the water relaxing at the mansion. Most of all, Capt Ricky, the supervisor of the Island Queen Cruises was just superb, excellent and very attentive to ensure the yachts and the crew was alright. "He seems to like it." Very grateful for Capt Ricky. Job Well Done! We can’t wait to come back👍

The tour guide was excellent. The staff was courteous and kind. Every thing started on time and ended on time. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and very informative. A great time with family & friends.
