What a scam. Booked a tour for my family who are visiting from overseas. No guide. Disorganized chaos. They had a horrible stressful time. All the company do is book tickets for you. Do yourself a favor and do the bookings yourself. It will save you 200 dollars.

This day trip was a "First Date" for us. The available start times listed on the Viatar site are not accurate. I did not know that until I received my tickets just before the trip. Otherwise it was an outstanding excursion. Perfect date for a new couple (it's a long day so make sure you like each other) or anyone who wants to visit Miami for the day

We have used Viator in other US cities and the tours have been excellent. this tour was terrible. the tour was for 12 hours. 1) the tour outlined that that you would take the train, boat cruise and then a double decker bus. 2) when I called about the double decker bus, I was told it wasn't included even though I sent a screen shot where is says it is. 3) The train ride was 3.50hrs and the boat was 2hrs. So why a 12 hour tour??? When we went to change our train tickets to come home earlier, it cost me another $150.00. I would not recommend this tour to anyone. It was the worst tour I have ever been on. Waste of money
