Perfect activity if you stay in Miami, 49$ for a 2 hours tour, the guide was very kind and knowledgeable, the bus capacity is around 15 people, almost a private visit! In my opinion the best Sightseeing tour in Miami. I tried others but this one is really good because not a lot of people on the bus

After over a year of pandemic isolation, my 76 yr old mother & friend ventured out for a 5-day holiday. This company robbed them of one day. They arrived to the pick-up location; the bus never showed up. Two 76 year-olds waiting for an hour in 90 degree heat & humidity. They called the company several times, only to reach the voicemail. I decided to call the French language number & reached the owner, who was on vacation. He told me I was supposed to have received a cancellation email & phone call the day before the scheduled tour. On the contrary, what I had received was a CONFIRMATION EMAIL in the morning (I forwarded this to him). However, I did check & they did send a cancellation email that EVENING – which also happened to end up in a different folder! NO phone call. If I receive a confirmation email the MORNING BEFORE THE DAY of the tour, I am not going to be checking my email that evening to see if it was suddenly cancelled. The owner’s response: “It happens”. Hey owner, here's hoping Karma joins you on your holiday, ya bozo.

First of all, I wanted to point out that your reservation with Open Miami wasn’t made via Viator or TripAdvisor but directly on our website. Of course, we have sent you an email and our response is very clear: you received the cancellation email AFTER the Reminder email. On the phone with you, I point out that I sent proof of our notice but unfortunately I can’t add an attachment in this thread. What you don't mention in your "message" is that you have NOT viewed the cancellation email sent (we have the option of knowing whether the emails we send are open or not). As for me, it is true that I am on vacation in France to visit my family whom I haven’t seen for almost two years due to the pandemic, but my team is working in Miami. When I mentioned "it happens", it happened that you didn’t look at your emails and therefore didn't see our cancellation for your tour. If no one answered the phone calls for a few minutes, it’s because our Manager in Miami was not available at the precise moment, but you should know that we always answer 7 days a week. When we canceled (the day before the scheduled tour) we refunded immediately and this was informed in our email. Finally, whether it’s during our telephone conversation or by text, I have always remained courteous and I will appreciate that you do the same. Best Regards. Jérémie Chenet

We unfortunately missed the tour. I thought it was at 8:00 PM because it said night time tour; however, it was from 6-8. I was at fault for not reading the times correct. They offered to reschedule me for a later time, but it was our last day in Miami, so we lost that money no refund.
