The pilot cares about you having an amazing experience. We were offered cold refreshments upon entry into the facility. The pilot ran over all of safety procedures with us before taking off. When I’m the sky the pilot was very courteous of our requests. We were able to see all of the Miami hotspots while flying over the ocean.
