Have just come back from the Art Deco Segway Tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. Jasmine was an excellent guide who spoke knowledgeably about the area, its history and its architecture.
We also appreciated the flexibility in allowing my wife to swap from a Segway to a bike at the last minute.

1- we were told that a deposit of USD 100 cash should be given as a deposit. It wasn’t mentioned when we had booked. Crest in card wasn’t supposed to be accepted, but since we did not have cash, they ended up accepting it..
2- the guide did not show up. A guy that wasn’t supposed to do it at the end did the tour. It was really annoying listening him blaming the company and telling us all the time that he would be doing a different and better tour because he could , since he wasn’t the official guide.. he was trying to make us feel sorry and therefore to rip him at the end.
3- we tipped him at the end, we gave him 2 dollars. He declined saying that it was too little... very rude from my point of view....

We had SO much fun with Andro. He made it so interesting, safe and just a delight! We went at 8 a.m. on Sunday and were the only ones willing to come that early. This is our third Segway experience, and second with Bike and Roll. (Our D.C. Segway experience was terrific with them there, too!)
