I mistakenly booked a trip for the next day. The people working the ticket counter when I got there were rude and didn’t try to book me on another trip. Ended up bailing and going with a different vendor. Had a great experience with the other vendor. This operation seemed a little shady. I would avoid if I were you.

First- The photo of the boat is not the vessel used for this tour. Instead it’s an old typical party/ tour boat. Second- The crew really pushes you to give them tips for a ride. A bit annoying to say the least. Third- The route around the waterways was fun and informative. Great views of the celebrity homes and the Miami city skylines.

We had a crazy time finding parking and spent a long time and due to that just missed our cruise So requested them for next one They charged 45 bucks extra on top of what we paid even if we had a genuine issue and didn’t agree to lower the price or refund us either
