Nice tour with great views. Friendly staff. Boat was clean and safe. Drinks were good. We saw some amazing houses and learned a bit about the Port of Miami!

On a hot and sunny Miami day (88F, no clouds) there was literally no shade on the upper deck. Definitely unsuitable for elderly and infants. It was hot! Also the speakers were playing super loud Latin music - annoying! As a young family, we would have definitively preferred a much quieter boat ride, and a chance to listen to the sounds of Biscayne bay. There was just one corner on the lower outside front deck where the music was slightly quieter, yet still way too loud so that the baby couldn’t sleep. In addition, the guy from the crew shouted into the microphone, explaining who owned which villa in English and Spanish - super annoying! Because he was never quiet. Not for a minute. The lower inside deck smelled bad. Probably because it was full of people who fled the sun to prevent sun burns. On board the ship they mainly sold mojitos to and other cocktails to people. It simply felt like a party boat which was the thing we were looking for!
