If you are looking for a fun and relaxing boat ride with great views- look elsewhere. The ride is loud- the guide’s voice (with lots of ‘woohoo’s’) was blasting over the loudspeakers throughout the ride, with loud blurts of music in between, depending on the ‘mansions’ we sailed past- 10 seconds of Ricky Martin, 30 seconds of will smith.. Most of the homes (like the music) were dated and all clearly unoccupied. With the guide giving constant information (in English and then Spanish) on how much they cost. If you want to know the prices of homes in Miami, save yourself the headache (literally) and check on trulia. All of the woohoos in the world did not make this a fun experience.

On every departure we have different passengers and all passengers are welcome on our tour. The boat does accommodate up to 100 passengers. We can not tell people on vacation no to have fun and to be quiet. We apologize there was a loud group on your tour. We would be happy to accommodate you on another departure.
