I booked the tour for 2pm. I got there and they told me it’s at 2:30. So we decided to wait but then the boat broke down @2:45. They finally let us know until 3pm. They wanted to switch us to a different boat but we already had other plans @5. The employees on the boat said no refunds but then the people at the check in box said we would just have to her their paper ticket and to just come back another day. I talked to the employees on the boat and he didn’t want to give me the paper tickets back. At this point a lot of people didn’t do the tour because of the inconveniences. I contacted Viator and I’m hopefully getting my refund back.

The "MC" was terrible. We were expecting some interesting info on the homes that we saw, what we got was name checking who lived there and what movies they had been in, etc.. No intelligent info on the real history of the area, residents, the architecture or anything else. Multiple comments about how poor he was and inappropriate comments about Tiger and the Dr who invented Viagra. He was not funny, intelligent or interesting.

It was a beautiful experience! Easy to get to as well as boarding and exiting the boat. The views were spectacular. The Tour guide made it very enjoyable!
