We were told to call the number for the next tour- that is were it all started. I have proof of how many times my husband and I stood there at the booth trying to call the number no one answered. I even left a voicemail. We sat on the dock waiting for a call back for the next tour- the return call didnt come utill well after the next tour! We did not get to go and your company took our money! We sat on the deck- at the next tour time the lady at the booth stated she did not have us relisted in her computer for the next tour so we were screwed. You can keep my money I'll leave the shittest review all over every single site I can find. Your company is a RIP OFF

The directions were extremely confusing. One email says for you to check in, another email says to just go to the boat directly. It doesn’t tell you exactly which boat either. Nothing is laid out clearly and easy to find. There was A LOT of ppl super confused and lost. Once you’re on the boat they pack you on like sardines. It’s not comfortable and I unfortunately would not recommend this to anyone.

The tour guide was good! Not bad for the cost. I seen scarface crib. Nice mix drinks and not pricey.
