Very good trip. Nice narration by the guide. Boat was very clean . The guide explained everything very well. He also helped us to take pictures. The raffle for Orlando Disney was fun . Music in the boat was also very good

I booked the tickets from TripAdvisor because there were reviews speaking to how great the cruise was. My family and I were headed back from the Keys on vacation and the entire drive there was torrential downpour where you could not even see 10-15 ft infront of you while driving right into where we arrived in Miami. After several attempts to call into their customer service line to confirm if the cruise was still scheduled because of the weather we finally after 2 hours got someone on the phone. The website details that the cruise will run either rain or shine, however, they still operate under unsafe weather conditions is what they won’t advertise. I emailed the customer service contact for the cruise line detailing that my family and I felt uncomfortable still boarding cruise with our toddler (providing snapshots of the stormy weather at the time) because of the severe weather and they insisted that the cruise will go out no matter what and that they will not refund us whatsoever because that is what they say on their website. I am aware of inconveniences for vacation excursions but rarely do I come across a company that so blatantly doesn’t care and out to make a buck regardless one the situation.

The coastguard determines safety for all boat departures. No operator departs in unsafe conditions. There is an inside covered portion and the tour operates. I hope this clears up the confusion.
