There is a lot of competition for this type of cruise. So it can get a little confusing when you are trying to check in for your cruise. There are a few vendors working out of this “bayride tours” pier, from what I can tell. Ticket will say to arrive at an exact time but you won’t board for another 30 minutes. To check in you have to go behind the Victoria Secret and go to the check in flag for Bayride tours. The cruise itself is cool, you’ll see a lot of the beautiful mansions and the ride is gentle. If you’re lucky you’ll see one of the celebrities outside. The drinks are on the pricey side but it’s to be expected, the cups make for a nice souvenir. Once you board you will be handed a vacation raffle which sounds too good to be true but it’s purely solicitation for other vacation packages which require a 90 min presentations and a down payment which they’ll reimburse in cash at the day of the meeting. You must attend if you want their discount code for either a cruise or a hotel/resort packages. We did not attend as I didn’t feel like getting pestered while on vacation.
