We booked the cruise for 10:00 am and were advised to arrive 45 minutes early. Upon arriving, we were informed that the ticket office opened at 10:00. While we were waiting, the cruise captain told us there was no 10:00 am cruise; the cruise was at 10:30. He proceeded to tell us that I had made a mistake. I showed him the confirmation and he still insisted that meant as our arrival time. When the ticket window finally opened, the young man stated that the website for TripAdvisor was wrong and they had been trying to correct the times, but to no avail. I was upset that we arrived so early, had to wait in unbearable heat, and be insulted as if we did no know what we had booked. The young tour guide was entertaining and well informed during the cruise. He made up for the rudeness of the cruise captain.

This ride could have been so much more enjoyable but the music was played so loud that my 15 & 17 y/o chose to put in the earbuds to block it. Thankfully I had older kids but majority of families had much younger children and many looked miserable. The boat was also overpacked due to being a boat down. We were originally told we were being rescheduled to another time slot. After ‘agreeing’ to let us on- - they let in another 14+ people also 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

The tour was great, comfortable and inexpensive. Amazing views, I do wish the tour guide spoke a little slower and a little clearer I was having trouble understanding him.
