They only played Hispanic music and wouldn’t play any other cultures music. It was very offensive to a lot of of people on the boat.

We signed up for the 7pm and we’re told to arrive 45 minutes early but our tickets were pushed back to the 7:30 ride. Was told to arrive for that ride early as well but the boat didn’t even start boarding until after 7:30. The boat seemed so disorganized and overloaded with people that we didn’t feel comfortable get aboard. We wasted $80. There were other people on the dock that chose to not board for the same reason.

Couldn’t hear a single thing on this tour. Twice they said they’d address it and didn’t. Walked the whole boat and our options were either to have the audio way too loud and not be able to see anything, or to see things and not hear a thing. Tour left 20 minutes late, returned less than 60 minutes later, and 30 minutes of the time our was just going by a massive shipping yard. About 20 minutes of tour time and less than an hour on the water. Terrible experience! I can’t imagine how anyone could give this above 1 star.
