The boat was very different from the picture . It was bayside tour, not skyline. Waiting time was too long. I bought 9:30 ticket, It departed around 10:30. I was told 45 minutes early. So I waited for two hours. Not professional at all.

The tour guide was fun and did an excellent job telling all the important things about each mansion that was pointed out. It was a fun atmosphere and a great opportunity to take pictures with friends, or just of the mansions because the views are amazing and you are able to see the backyards and back of each mansion very well. There are various seating options, we were standing in line about 15 minutes before the departure time and were one of the first ones on the boat. We had a good view from the top deck. Overall a very memorable and super fun experience!

Great experience great employee giving tour. It’s a must to do while visiting. I end up riding the Farris wheel to view Miami in the air.
